When should I call 911?

(Life threatening medical emergencies require immediate medical attention. Call 911 and go to the nearest Emergency Department for the following:

  • Chest Pain and Shortness of Breath
  • Major Burns
  • Severe Head Injuries
  • Childbirth
  • Seizures
  • Bleeding that does not stop
  • Drug or other poisoning
  • Life-threatening injuries

Go to an Emergency Room, or call 911 if you feel that your life could be in danger without immediate care.
